Planning to plant a garden, build a fence, or undertake any digging projects? Remember to “Call 811 Before you Dig.” In Pennsylvania, it’s a legal requirement to make a One Call three business days in advance before excavating with mechanized equipment. Tenant Notification

Attention all tenants:

Hamilton Township Ordinance #53 mandates that all landlords submit annual reports detailing all rental or rentable units, along with their tenants or occupiers.

This ordinance aims to accurately identify residents within dwelling units, business units, or real estate parcels, facilitating fair and efficient tax assessment and collection by the Township.

A copy of the ordinance is accessible at the Township Office.

The Tenant/Landlord Form is available under “Permits & Forms” on this website. Please ensure submission to the Township Secretary between January 1st and 15th annually. Additionally, any changes throughout the year must be promptly reported.

Township Facts

Pension Distress Scores: We received notice that based on the information contained in the 2015 Act 205 Actuarial Valuation Report of the Nonuniform Pension Plan that was filed with Public Employee Retirement Commission (PERC) the Township distress score is “0.” Therefore, our Pension plan investments are sound.
